| 2.How to download the files by the NBget internet download? |
Note: You need download iPhone Ringtone tool:NBget internet download. After download, you just install it and launch it, the main interface pops up as below. |

1. First click the"tools" to open the "New Download",see the below or you need not open the internet download to downlaod the files. when you see the downlaod address, you only need click the right key, and select the "Download by NBget Internet Download" .like below: 2. Then input the download address to "Internet URL ", and set the save path. if need to rename the download file name, please select the "Rename" , and read-in the file name. 3. After all above are finished, click "Begin Downlaod" to download the files.

| 3.How to Activation product? |
Step 1: Open the interface of the NBget Internet Download, and click the Activation. then input the corresponding register name & SN |

Step 2: click the "Activeation now" to active the product. then click "yes" to finish Activeation.  |
| 4.How long will I receive my activation license (Register Name & SN) after purchasing? |
| Your license will be sent to your register email box very soon after purchasing. If you didn’t receive it please check your spam email box or make sure you have entered the right email address. Or you can contact us at support@nbget.com, please provide us your Order ID in the email so we can track your license. |
| 5.How to check if my activation was successful or not? |
| Click "Toolst->About", you will see "this product license to: your name". If you failed to see the words please re-activate or re-install the program |
| 6.Why I cannot see the activation button after inputting my Register Name and SN? |
| Please adjust/re-size your activation window, make it larger you will see the button then |
| 7.What shall I do if I continually failed to activate the problem? |
| Please sure you have downloaded the right version and activated it following the instructions. If you did both but nothing happened, please email us at support@nbget.com, we will check your account status. |
| 8.Why there is a pop-up asking me to upgrade every time I open the program? |
| It's a free upgrade notice. We have new version available. Please download the latest version from our website www.nbget.com and re-activate it. |
